Pilates + Core Strength

Pilates focuses on stabilising & controlling your movements using your core musles so that you become stronger & more mobile. It allows you to move more freely & with greater range of motion and in many cases “pain free” and has been known to improve posture, provide better balance, increased flexibility and reduce back pain.

I have developed a variety of programs, classes & guides that use Pilates as the basis to assist the mind & body to work at it’s full potential.

Essential Oils

Essential Oils are basically the essence of a plant, that has been distilled & prepared into an oil to bring the power of nature into our homes. Inside many plants – hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark – are concentrated, highly potent natural compounds that have been proven throughout history to aid in the prevention, fighting & elimination of aches, pains, illnesses & diseases. Used correctly, Essential Oils can play an important prole in improving & maintaining your overall health & wellness.
