- Improves physical, mental & emotional health & wellbeing.
- Keeps negative emotions under control.
- Boost your mood with some feel-good music;
- Listen to a motivational or inspiring podcast;
- Meditate;
- Get outside for a few deep breaths of fresh air + a Vitamin D boost;
- Laugh (or at least smile) for absolutely no reason at all;
- Express gratitude for something uniquely special in your life;
- Say “NO”;
- Do some yoga stretching (or fascia releasing);
- Brew (& drink) a green or herbal tea;
- Call a friend to say hi & see how they are going;
- Watch & listen to the ocean waves rolling in;
- Walk (or run) around the block;
- Go out into the rain & feel the water splash on your face;
- Say a positive mantra;
- Rest (or stay still) in silence & simply breath;
- Turn off the phone, all the noise & just be;
- Read your favourite book or magazine;
- Dance (& sing) to your favourite tune;
- Prepare (& drink) a green juice;
- Diffuse some Essential Oils;
- Snuggle with your loved one;
- Get (or give yourself) a mini massage;
- Stop & smell the flowers and while you are at it just listen & notice everything around you;
- Exercise (eg push ups, squats, lunges, etc);
- Listen to your child read (or tell you a story).
